Doctor's Office does not return urgent calls!
My mother had severe pain after a procedure performed by Dr. Kasmin. We tried calling him at his office number every day for a week and left message after message for Claudia, who never called back. Spoke to the director at Aventura HCA Hospital and she tried reaching out to him to no avail. We just wanted to know if pain was to be expected after this procedure and what to do next. We were left in the dark, not knowing if my mother should go back to the ER. Finally spoke to his office manager, Esther, a week later who was not apologetic, made excuses, and was only interested in scheduling an appointment so that the doctor could make more money off my mother. Very scary situation to be in. Unacceptable and completely unprofessional in the medical field.

i visited Dr. Kasmin few times and my father, 102 yo, did too.He performed some procedures on me and on my dad. Every time after procedures, which were done excellent, he followed with calls about our feelings. His knowledge and competence are exceptional. Actually the best doctor I've ever met.

Excellent. He took the three GI problems I have and went into each one thoroughly. He advised me on each of these. We together established a plan and I am following them. It is wonderful to be treated like a thinking human being.

Horrendous treatment or should I say lack of treat. Misdiagnosed a serious medical condition. If I would have continued to listen to him I would be dead by now.
