Top notch!
Performed two diagnostic procedures excellently with a great team. I did the sigmoidoscopy without anesthesia and watched the entire procedure on his big screen. He removed two benign polyps from my duodenum during the endoscopy. Excellent follow-up.

Perhaps ok for endoscopies/esophagus related matters. I do not know. Not the issue I sought/he attempted to provide his care regarding. He was indeed up front about that being his special interest. In my opinion, I would avoid this doctor like the plague for anything else. Bedside manner only means so much and goes so far in the end. Give me a great doctor that may be a jerk every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Nice guy? Yeah. So what? Read Less

Dr. Tsai is incredible. He is thorough and has the best bedside manner. I'm a 28 yr old female who suffered severe stomach pains. He completed a full upper and lower endoscopy. He also that it was best to do a colonoscopy during the endoscopy, and his intuition was right. During my procedure he discovered a precancerous polyp that he was able to remove. Had he not done that colonoscopy, I could've developed colon cancer and my kids would be motherless before they reach 10 yrs old. Best Dr. ever!
