Lower face lift. My ears are now uneven and glasses will not sit correctly on my face. Hoop or long earrings are uneven. The scarring - very evident.

Dr. Fred Adair Blackledge left me with major scarring, he performed several fake procedures on me, lied to my face, received payment for procedures he did not do.He suggested cheek implants bc theCL.FL.NL failed. Placed them unevenly.Lopsided, red, swollen, shifted, and extremely painful. Left implant shifted finally breaking skin, sticking out of my face. Paid 1,900 to have them removed locally.He pretended to do under chin lipo without a lipo machine. He showed me the piece of flesh he cut from under my chin, said his lipo technique is better as he stuffs the flesh fat into the target areas. Found out he injected several syringes of filler, not fat.Had those areas dissolved a few months later.He placed staples and sutures in areas without incisions.I pd him 2,500 for under eye bleph, was finally told I was not a good candidate.When I asked why I pd for it, but can't receive it, he stated he previously did it.IMO: he's a monster, mad scientist, scammer, conman, abuser.

Surgery November 1st 2023. If I could go back in time and not go to Adair Fred Blackledge I would do it in a heartbeat . Im only 46 with minimal issues should have been an easy tweak.. I had a cheek lift and deep plane neck lift or so I thought . I also had a failed lateral brow lift that left me with nothing but a bald spot . First of all he does not do deep plane . Second his scars and results are humiliating . I’m not only embarrassed in my results but beyond sorry that at least 3 people I sent to him also had horrible results and many many more woman I know personally . Please please do your research and then do more . requested a refund (with no response as I now have to have everything done again but this time properly and It will be very expensive to do revision . I have seen many of his revisions and it only gets worse , so I refuse to go back . Please look at my pictures and know that this is the norm for him not the few and that I was a simple case with minimal aging .

He should not be allowed to cut anyones face. He leaves horrible scars and the results are minimal. Do your research. This man should not be allowed to cut anyones face.

I totally trusted him. The procedure was a nightmare. I had to go to another Dr. who is BOARD certified to have another surgery to fix. I have pictures and other surgery report. I never even went back for follow up it was the worse experience ever and I am not one to speak bad about anyone. Considering using him to cut in your face? RUN the other direction!!!!

Horrible! Not board certified and a smooth talker..worst decision I have ever made was going to him.

He is not board certified in Plastic Surgery. Do not let him cut on you as you will end up with horrible scarring that is so visible and the results he claims he can give you is not what you will get. Yes read great reviews but never seen a mention about the scars which I was told would be hidden. I am just being honest and I went by the great reviews and not really taken in the bad reviews-those bad reviews were true. If you complain about the results he will offer to go back in for a fee. Why go back to someone that did not do it correct the first time and all experiences have been negative? Please go to a doctor that is licensed and certified. Don't let him fool you with his bedside manner, and in most of the experience, he is rushing in whatever he is doing-not quality work. His injections I was not happy with either. I had great results elsewhere. Beware he has some great reviews but don't be the one that he messes up on. Don't get scarred for life.

I had a neck lift 3 years ago (49) to tighten my double chin area & small amount of sagging on my jawline. It didn’t fix either problem.($4,000) Went back about a year ago & told him I needed this double chin area fixed. He said he would lipo ($1200), told him I wanted the loose skin removed under my chin, already have a scar there from the first surgery so I wasn’t worried about a little bigger scar there to tighten it up. Instead he “cut the fat pad out” & didnt remove the loose skin. Still have loose skin under my chin & scars behind my ears that are HUGE not like pictures on his Instagram (almost looks like an incision that busted open scar, still have the sagging on my jaw line & incision scar under my skin. So disappointing, the scars literally make me sad everyday. Side night, my skin heals very well & doesn’t leave bad scars. All I wanted was the double chin loose skin gone! ??

It's hard to do justice in a mere paragraph to Dr. Blackledge and his exceptional staff. They're all very outgoing and friendly, and put me at ease from the very start. Dr. Blackledge has done three procedures for me, each one exceeding my expectations. Not only is he a master surgeon, he's an artist as well. Except for looking many years younger than I actually am no one would suspect I've been "lifted". If you're looking for unsurpassable results with a completely natural look, Dr. Blackledge is your man!

I have not seen Dr. Blackledge but his staff, specifically Teresa Cliburn is disrespectful and unprofessional. If that's the way he choses to run his business, I don't believe this will be a good fit for me.

I was fortunate enough to have Dr Adair perform 2 facial surgeries on me in the last 10 yrs. I've found the Doctor and his staff to be both professional and friendly. I am a 67 yr old male and my results were completely natural looking with a minimum of downtime and almost no discomfort. For any guy looking for a great cosmetic surgeon be confident in the hands of Dr Adair and his staff. Thank you Doctor, Melanie and staff. Donald McGlynn

He is personable and gives excellent advice about your facial needs. He recently did my lower lids and I had very little bruising and was back at work in a week. People tell me it took 10 years off me. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff!! KP

NOT BOARD CERTIFIED!!!!! The worst experience ever! Made a mess of my face and scars everywhere...and not hidden!!! Would never recommend he or his clinic.
