Great PCP
Dr. Clark is my primary care physician and he has been a wonderful doctor for me. He always listens to my concerns, gives advice, and takes care of issues right away. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor who actually cares about you and wants you to live a happy, healthy life.

Awful experience
Refused to take my insurance or co operate with me to get my money back from Medicare. That office is a scam. No help from them at all to get my money back. They advertise they take Medicare and Blue Cross and then told me I had to file the claim myself. Gave me the wrong codes and didn’t give an explanation of what they did. Two months later I am still trying to get my money back from my insurance company.

Outstanding Dr. Caring and Informative
I have been a patient of Dr Clark's for 6+ Years now. He has done an OUTSTANDING Job creating a care plan for my many conditions. He and his staff are caring, understanding and highly professional. He offers a number of care options including acupuncture and on site imaging that saves time and money.

The Doc May Be Great but His Practice is Not
No one is paying attention at the front desk (or any of the desks). Constant employee turnover. Faxes sent from pharmacies and specialists are IGNORED, even if urgent. He has too many patients for the amount of employees following-up. You have to go to the office unannounced to get someone to pay attention. Emails never answered. Phone messages only sometimes answered. Follow-up NONEXISTENT. Policies do not fit what the practice is able to accomplish. I'm looking for a new doctor and will move as soon as I find one.

Understaffed
Dr. Clark and his team are kind people, however they are clearly understaffed with physicians as on multiple occasions it has taken over an hour and a half to be seen by Dr. Clark.

Dr. Fred Clark; excellent doctor.
My grandson had been sick for some time. While I had him with me, I made an appointment for him with Dr. Clark. Dr. Clark assessed his illness and treated it with the correct medication. My daughter was amazed that her son (my grandson) was cured so quickly and competently. My daughter and I have only good words regarding by Dr. Clark's medical ability. Let's face it; it's all about correct diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Clark will always be my go-to physician.

Dr. Clark always takes plenty of time with you, so if you have to wait, know that he will spend just as much time with you to address all your concerns. He even finds you coupons or looks up where your prescriptions will be the cheapest. Always professional, upbeat and knowledgeable. P.S. Christian, his MA is great too!

I really, really like this doctor. I initially met him when he worked at the urgent care clinic and followed him to his own practice. He's kind, caring, listens and takes his time with you, the only draw back to that is be prepared to wait. He takes so much time with his patients, he's always running behind. I suppose that is a small price to pay for a great doctor. Highly recommended!!

Dr. Clark is an incredible physician! I can't say enough great things about him. He is kind, he listens to his patients, he asks questions, he answers all of your questions, and he guides you in the path to save you as much money as possible on medications and treatments. His female staff member on the phones and at the counter, however, lacks people skills. She is NOT kind to patients after your initial visit as if every patient is a burden on her day. The male staff member is wonderful.

I first discovered Dr. Clark when I had to go in for a workman's comp issue at a Bayfront walking clinic. I thought he was so good that I asked if I could use him as my primary, but that wasn't possible due to the clinic situation. Fast forward to last year: he opened his own place. Now, my mom, my sister, my brother in law and I all go to Dr. Clark. I travel thru 2 cities to see him! It takes a lot to recommend a doctor. I did so without any reservations and we are all very happy!!

I finally found a good doctor. He takes time to figure out what is wrong with you. I am very happy with him and the new office on 4th street. I always have a great experience even if no one like to go see a doctor... I would recommend him to anyone. its worth the wait... he explain the medications and send the order right away. my entire family go see him and everyone agree with me.. he is the best. the staff is wonderful and they make you wait in the main lobby and not in the small room...

This review was long due. We are all tired of them but here is another doctor who only cares about the money. I came with an insurance from BCBS IL to my 3pm appointment. They took my insurance card and ID. 10 min later they said they’ve had extremely hard time in the past with people from out of state and worry they might not get paid. Fair enough, but the should’ve told me about it BEFORE my appointment. While at the office, I called my insurance and paid over the phone my last premium which I
