If your biggest complaint about seeing a doctor with the knowledge above his peers is that you had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room, then go find another doctor who is not busy for obvious reasons. If you sit in his waiting room, its usually the elderly who are doing most of the complaining because that is what they do best since they have all the time in the world being retired. Been seeing Fred for 27 years and that should tell you something.

The wait time is unbearable! I have waited on several occasions (with an appointment) over 2 hours to see the dr. The people in the building all remark that he overbooks his patients. What good is an appt when you wait 2 more hours? I can't even visit this office during the morning hours, as they take walk-ins as early as 6 a.m. and there is no room to even sit in the waiting room. Once in to see the doctor, you are lucky if he spends 7 min with you. Every appt results in a referral....ugh

I have been a patient of Dr Ferri's since I was a teenager and he has taken excellent care of my family and friends. It was Dr Ferri who found my mother's breast cancer and it was Dr Ferri who has helped me countless times over the years. His knowledge and kindness are rare qualities in today's medical climate. For someone who has written over 50 medical books, he is extremely compassionate and down to earth! I trust him as my voice in primary care.

It is sad what insurance companies have let doctors like ferri get away with .He will book an appointment for you and let you sit out in his waiting room for an hour or more When you finally do see him he will be sometimes less than a minute before he is reaching for the door handle to be on his way .I would like to know how many hours he bills insurance companies when he sometimes spends only minutes with you .Do yourself a favor .find a doctor who will sit down with you and spend some time
