Unprofessional- Worst doctor experience ever!
I got there early yet I was made to wait 45minutes because of check in procedures@Grapevine office. A nurse brought my son and me into the operatory, he seemed in a hurry, without giving us time to think or answer questions, berating my son for not being super-compliant (Really,12-year old?), then came Ghali - unprofessional, rude, very poor bedside manners, walked into room whilst looking on his laptop, didnt even ask us a good detailed history, spent literally 2minutes and wrote prescriptions, then his phone rang and he walked out of the room without excusing himself and the nurse showed us out! It’s so sad to see the decline in care from this double-board certified doctor…if you would call him that. It was more like a car dealership service. Never going back to him and will let my pediatrician know so he doesn’t refer anymore patients. Seems like he’s too busy for his patients..Horrible! Horrible! Horrible !

Mistreated
Dr. Ghali has had my daughter on creams for more than a year without any improvement. We had previously been told to start do dupixent and he told us not to. now after a third opinion that’s exactly where we are starting. I hate that I wasted more than a year following his regimen. His office staff is rude and unhelpful.

We visited Dr. Ghali for my Kids skin rashes, didn't identified any root cause just given mild Steroids and asked us to use it. This is not a permanent solution and my kid skin became hard after using this. When we asked for a permanent solution he told no such permanent solution for such skin rashes. Waste of $100 for 2 visits :(

Dr Ghali and his staff were very accommodating for my son and me. We had to have a blood blister removed and he took the time to explain the condition, explain my options and even price out my options and show before and after pictures. His entire staff was helpful and courteous. We drove all the way from Abilene to get to them, was 2 hours late, and was still shown compassion. I would recommend Dr. Ghali.

Our experience was amazing. We couldn't have chosen a better doctor. Dr. Ghali and staff are very sweet and caring. I have never had issues with scheduling since we would make our next appt. before leaving his appt. We have seen him for over 2 years every 3 months and I don't have one single complaint. We brought our son in at 3 months old with a hemangioma on his nose, Dr Ghali got him started on meds immediately. Within weeks you could barely see the hemangioma. . Parents

My daughter has been a patient of Ped. Derm. for several years. Unfortunately, today was our last time we will visit this clinic. We felt VERY rushed and "in the way". My daughter had 2 spots frozen off of her hands and Christi was in such a rush (with no nurse help) that she failed to even apply band-aids at the end of the appointment (after suggesting that she should have band aids on them). I was also told that she didn't have time to look at a mole because the appt wasn't sched for a mole ck

About two years ago, my pre-teen son had a skin rash that confused two ER's and dermatology in Southlake which prescribed 3 different antibiotics. The results were "more rash appearing". We heard various diagnoses that ranged from Sumac to Eczema to infection. They were going to send my son to Disease Center when we took a last try and sought the help of Dr. Ghali. Diagnosis: allergic reaction. The results: stop the antibiotics and my son's body was able to recuperate back to normal.

In my opinion Dr. Ghali was rather rude. He made his Nurse practitioner look really bad in front of me and my son. She was actually kinder to me and my son than the Dr. Ghali was. I feel like we waisted our money and time going to someone so rude. Dr. Ghali even stated this. He could have been a bit kinder, and treated us with a little more respect.

My 6 year old daughter had about 6 blemishes from Molluscum on her face, and Dr. Ghali did a great job of removing all of them, with minimal scarring so far. He is very professional, yet has the ability to make the kids feel comfortable. The front staff was friendly, and the office was clean and comfortable. Didn't have to wait more then 10 min for both our appointments.
