He is a really good doctor. Highly recommend his neuro ophthalmologist skills.

I have seen Dr. Jones for 2 years. I absolutely trust him & direction he has taken with my condition. He is in contact with my rheumatologist & is knowledgeable of her treatment plan when I see him. They work well together. Dr. Jones is never rushed & explains his plan throughly!

He was nice!
I have a condition and fairly young. He was nice and performed tests that showed correct diagnosis. Testing took forever but he was very nice and to the point. Not in a rude way though. He listened to my concerns and told me about his findings. That is all the need. Facts about my health.

I have been to 7 doctors over two years to find an answer to my puzzling headache/eye condition and Dr. Jones was the last doctor I was referred to. He did a thorough interview of my history. He listened and even copied a picture I took of my condition to keep. He was kind, professional, respectful and very smart! He answered my questions and put a plan in action to figure out what is wrong with me. I am very sure he will be a key doctor in my diagnosis. Highly recommend!

This Dr. may be incredibly intelligent, but he is also very dismissive if he can't solve your problem with the very first test he runs. He runs the same easy tests that every simple ophthalmologist runs (vision test, pressure test, visual field test, etc) and when he can't diagnose you, well then nothing is wrong. Never mind what you say. I went to UTSW to find a Physician that would think outside the box. I could find a doctor to run tests and tell me the results down the street at any hospital or clinic but UTSW is supposed to be the best. I was very disappointed.

The only doctor who actually listened and helped me regarding high intracranial pressure. I had gone to my neurologist and was told it was "probably just depression" He was initially just a second opinion because my previous neuro-opthalmologist was kind of making me nervous, now hes the main NO I see.

I have a neurological condition that poses great risk to my eye sight. I see him every 3 months and have for the last 6 years. I trust him on making decisions that could determine whether I go blind or not and have even recommended to family and friends for eye needs other than a regular yearly optometrist check up. His staff has always taken care of me to how I view all of drs connected with UT Southwestern treat their patients. The level of care is second to none.

Arrogant, rude & uneducated. Was told my eyes are healthy, but the reason I could not see was because I was not earring glasses. Really? I was there to find out why I could not see with lenses previously attempted during past years and was told my double vision was due to blurry vision. His suggestion was to get glasses! Dilated my eyes for a vision exam!! OMG what a waste of my time. After all that...No Rx ! Don't waste your time or money on this dinosaur who should have retired 20 years ago!
