Dr Frederick Carroll is one of the finest doctors I have ever had the privilege of knowing. He is a brilliant diagnostician. He is also (and very importantly in today's world) kind, calm and prompt in communication. He actually"listens" and he actually "cares." I have no hesitation in saying Dr Carroll is, quite simply,
"The Best There Is!"
