Deplorable customer service
If I could give this office a 0 star I would. I was warned about the front desk staff and their lack of attention to detail and lack of customer service but as with anything I don’t let the opinions of others determine my direction. However here we are. The incompetence is unreal and the lack of follow up and follow through is something else to speak of. 4 calls in one day - put on hold each time for over 10 mins. The constant apology for being misinformed but no urgency in solution to remedy the issues they create. Let’s keep in mind this is a cardiologist’s office so if you have any pressing issues they will only add to the stress of it all before you even get the opportunity to be seen. Dr Chaleff himself is a great doctor but unfortunately with people like DD and others it can deter people from giving him the opportunity to be their Dr of choice.

Best of the best describes Dr. Chaleff! I have been a patient and under his care for over 15 years, and a patient in his same practice for over 30 years. I have entrusted my life to him many times as a interventional cardiologist performing many cardiac catheterizations on me. He has cared for me like a family member, with care and a sense of humor when needed and appropriate. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a highly respected and highly qualified specialist as a interventional cardiologist.
