He no longer sees patients
I have been a patient of Dr. Hardin’s for years. I have seen him in three different location changes. I was very satisfied and confident of his ability. My last visit was in 2022. I had no problem getting an appointment. In September 2024, I had a very serious problem. I called for an appointment. I was told Dr. Hardin no longer sees patients. The woman said “his time is better spent in the hospital than in seeing patients.” They gave me an appointment with his NP on December 30! Another doctor ran some tests and gave me a medication to help, but said I needed to see a gastroenterologist. I think the medicine saved my life, but I’m still having the problem and don’t know what causes it. Impossible to express my disappointment. I thought Dr. Hardin cared about his patients. I’m trying to find another gastroenterologist who would be willing to help me.

Excellent physician
He and his staff are more than competent and professional. Everything from making appointments, care received and follow-up were great. A pleasure to have him handle my health care.

Dr. Hardin is a great Dr. he is intelligent, kind, empathetic, and easy to talk to. His office staff at the east end location have always been so amazing! I have never had a GI office so willing to go above and beyond for me when I am feeling poorly from IBD. They get 5 stars just for that!
