Dr. Frederick Kaplan, MD

Dr Kaplan is amazing! He is thorough, has a great bedside manner, and will always fit you in if you need to be seen quickly. I never feel rushed at his practice. and he always asks if there’s anything else before ending the appointment. Also, he calls you with test results immediately and spends as much time on the phone as needed to thoroughly explain them and answer any questions you might have. I’ve been seeing him for years, and I’ve never had a single complaint.

Dr Kaplan takes the time to listen and explain things. Makes time for his patients even by phone. I moved away from the area to the west coast and have not found a doctor like him in several years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaplan's for decades. He is very kind, compassionate, and a superb diagnostician. He comes to know his patient extremely well, so that when other Dr's here in Florida " have no idea" (as I used to be a snowbird) I would return back home, to a professional diagnosis and to someone who always cared way above and beyond to make every referral (I needed) work seamless and always found the right referral and always followed through with my care and treatment. I can't possibly say this enough- he was always there for me. He is the best!

I am a new patient of Dr. Kaplan. You can tell a great deal about an individual from a first impression. As such, Dr. Kaplan is irrefutably punctual, knowledgeable, compassionate, ethical,and true to his word. His concern for my health was handled with dignity and integrity. His calm nature coupled with his patience and friendliness helps to strengthen the patient doctor relationship.

I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and Dr Kaplan is by far the best physician I have ever dealt with. He is kind, measured in his responses, compassionate and has a way of putting patients at ease.

I went to Dr. Kaplan today and was surprised at how awesome of a doctor he is! I was nervous about seeing a new doctor, but from the beginning he made me feel at ease. He communicated with me very well; he and I chatted while he did the exam. He was professional, calm, knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. There was no wait, the visit was thorough and smooth. Never once did I feel rushed and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend, this honestly was the best doctor's visit I've ever had!

He was a mediocre physician- listens but does not follow through with concerns. Front desk staff needs to change and treat patients with more respect.

Very caring doctor and exremely professional while not abandoning his compassion. And most important a fantastic diagnostician.

Dr Kaplan is an extremely kind, compassionate, intelligent, personable and patient Doctor. He makes you feel at ease and doesn't rush through the appointment. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend him!!

Dr. Kaplan is the best! He is patient, caring, and really listens to me when I speak to him. He has excellent bedside manners and takes the necessary amount of time explaining his diagnosis. There is never a wait at his office. I almost don't want to recommend him because I don't want him to get overcrowded!!!, but I cannot say anything bad about him and really, truly would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Kaplan's for many years and in that time we have been more than satisfied. He is caring and complete. He will patiently answer questions. HIs staff is courteous, helpful, friendly and always accommodating when it comes to scheduling. He has office hours that allow flexibility. When I asked him about a new drug his response indicated that he had done research. I like the fact that he keeps current. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Kaplan.
