Knowledgeable
My son has been to ENTs his entire life. He has had several surgeries and no suffers a loss of hearing when we first met Dr. Lorenz, He had given me more information about my son’s condition than any other doctor he has ever been to in 19 years. He was very knowledgeable, very compassionate, and very understanding I highly recommend him.

He will yell at you
If you don't have funds for expensive med you are told your choice if can afford, you will end up yelled at. He cleaned my ears twice and accused me for damage to ear. I will not sit and be yelled at by any doctor.
