From start to finish. Dr. Meadors and his team were so professional and kind. The doctor performed bloodless heart surgery. I had a quadruple bypass and I was home in four days!

Dr. Meadors literally saved my life. I had a large aortic aneurysm and was referred by a prominant Fort Smith surgeon to him. When I was seen by Dr. Meadors, he was basically ready to do my surgery immediately. My surgery was scheduled just a week ago, and Dr. Meadors replaced my aortic valve, dissected and repaired my aortic aneurysm, and found a previously unknown hole in my heart which he repaired. I literally could have had a rupture at any time with fatal consequences. I owe my life to Dr. Meadors. I am at home now, recuperating from my surgery. Thank you Dr. Meadors! I would recommend Dr. Meadors in any life & death cardiac situation. He’s a wonderful, professional surgeon.

Dr Meadors performed open heart surgery for a valve replacement on my dad (78 yrs) and the outcome was EXCELLENT. From 1st meeting with him to discharge from St Vincent the service was excellent. Procedure explained in detail, questions answered and getting the appt for procedure was set w/in 1 week of initial meeting with Dr Meadors. High praises for the staff in the cardio unit at St Vincent as well, never felt more confident in the care he received! Highly recommended!!!!

Very condescending man. Would not listen to us and kept talking over us. Staff was incompetent as it took three times and multiple persons for an IV to be placed accurately. It also took three times for them to successfully inject fluid for a test and I ended up having Infiltration in my arm, very painful, as a result. Was there for several hours when it should've only taken less than one. Would not recommend.

Dr. Meadors is a likable person, not the most talkative, business like surgeon. I had an abdominal aortic aneurysm repair graft. It's not the most pleasant procedure, to say the least, and takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks just to get your strength back. My recovery was uneventful. His nurse was available whenever I called.

Just did not explain things, always had other people in room, and talked to them not me, did not leave orders for after surgery for pain or what needed to be done. Then when infection found his nurse did not contact home health as was supposed to do, and seemed he did not care, and would never tell what the infection was which I think I had the right to know.

I really like what I do. It's challenging. It's very gratifying and it's also very humbling. There is a lot of affirmation that we receive from our patients. One of my motives to come back to Little Rock, in 1991, was to provide the people of Arkansas wit
