Upon the first time I arrived at the office until the time I left, I felt very welcome and in great hands by the entire staff. Dr. Tomassi is a very thorough and thoughtful doctor. He is knowledgeable, personable and a great listener. I have recommended him and would recommend him to anyone!

On my first visit to BayCity Associates, Dr Tomassi properly diagnosed and began treatment on an open wound on the bottom of my left great toe. He suspected and confirmed with an xray, a bone spur that had kept the wound from resolving for over a year; thru multiple visits and various treatments by three other podiatrists. The others had treated with expensive grafts, collagen and various uncomfortable othotic footwear. Two had taken xrays. But it was Dr Tomassi who saw the problem. One month ago his partner Dr Daniel Olson did the procedure to shave down the bone spur during same day surgery. Today the wound is completely resolved and I am gratefully, joyfully back on my feet. Dr Tomassi is a seasoned, straightforward, compassionate podiatrist and human. Dr Olson will treat and follow up with expertise and heart. Myprofound thanks and respect to both. You could not be in better hands than those of BayCity Associates.

I made an appointment in reference to a foot condition that had persisted for a few years. Dr. Tomassi took the time to familiarize himself with not only the issue that brought me to the office, but also provided me with information concerning another health situation I am dealing with. He takes a genuine interest in the health of his patients and is extremely helpful with recommendations concerning, diet, exercise, vitamins etc. The issue with my foot has resolved and needless to say I am very happy about that. I was fortunate to have him recommended to me as he gave me many suggestions that will be extremely helpful. The office staff is friendly and professional as well. My appointments were always on time with little wait. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tomassi and his office to others.

I want to leave a very positive review for Dr. Tomassi and his staff at BayCity Associates in Podiatry. I recently had to have foot surgery which went very well. I hardly had any pain when it was over. I had a tiny incision that you can’t even see. I can’t give enough praise to the staff who are most congenial and professional. Dr. Tomassi himself is very easy to talk to and he listened to my problem with empathy. I wasn’t just another patient. He treated me as an individual and made me feel important.

Dr. Tomassi took the time to listen to all of my issues and addressed them right on the spot. I left feeling way better! His staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend him for your next podiatrist appointment.

He takes time to listen ; he's cares and puts me at ease -- take times to answer questions -- he represents the 'best' in medicine and medical practice -- his staff are equally competent -- polite, courteous and welcoming. If you live in Erie, chances are you were like me and ya called around to make an appointment with a podiatrist and only made contact with a robot answering service, which lead you to no appointment. But BAY CITY ASSOCIATES ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE with a REAL PERSON! And you get an appointment made. That right there was the ticket for me. The great staff and knowledgeable doctors were a compete bonus. Dr Tomassi was friendly, listened to my symptoms, tested my foot for issues and suggested treatments based on the diagnosis. As a backpacker and runner who gets injured often through overuse, I’ll be 100% returning here for all my future foot issues.
