l called to speak to Dr. GROSS
I felt like one of many cattle waiting to be slaughtered. If you like to feel like you are are hurried out the door with a doctor who doesn't even slightly warm the seat when he comes in to see you. Then ask why does he need such a large staff? Why do you need an appointment with the good doctor when you need to talk about his inappropriately speaking employees? Why can't the doctor accept a call from someone who wants to direct him to a major issue! If you enjoy getting transferred to voicemail that will call back in 24 hrs this is the place you seek. When they don't do their job assignment from the doctor but complain to you about your how they are so over worked. And your prescription is one of the multitudes because of a full house. Aond that you are one of the many and that you are keeping them from getting them to the pharmacy. If your only need was to speak to the good doctor and they wouldn't allow you without an appointment. Again this your place. Not mine!

Dr Gross is terrific! excellent doctor, excellent eye surgeon. (altho one cataract lens didn't quite correct my vision enough - might have been the fault of the assistant who measures for lens/cataract surgery) many of his staff are also excellent. (but the office always has long wait times & the waiting room feels dingy). other issues: staff is rescheduling appt times WITHOUT telling the patient until the day prior. & one of his assistants rolls his eyes and sighs to demonstate his annoyance at patients. finally decided to change eye doctors: Dr Gross' excellence isn't enough to offset issues. there are other places for simple regular eye checks.

Dr. Gross is definitely an expert regarding cataracts. I had been looking for help for a couple of years and Dr. Gross was the one to make the surgery happen. My vision prior to surgery in my right eye was 20/80. One hour after surgery it was 20/25 and one week after it was at 20/20 in my right eye. My second surgery for the left eye is scheduled for April 7th 2017. I am so happy to be able to see again. Dr. Gross' staff at Mid Atlantic are also one of a kind...Compassionate towards all.

Dr. Gross took time to explain, in layman terms, what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. He explained my options for near vision, distance vision or both. I opted for both. my vision now is 20/25. He went on to inform me that my vision would continue to improve over the next 6 months. He also explained that I could read best when there is plenty of light. When I had a problem he quickly had me come in the next day, put dos in my eyes and gave me free eye drops. My problem was fixed

Hello. I am quite pleased with the level of service received from Dr. Gross and team. I had received the very best treatment available, delivered in very capable hands. Insurance provider made the referral and I had considered going elsewhere. One of his receptionist said he had preformed the lens replacement procedure on her parents and they were happy. Dr. Gross understood my limited time issues and worked with me. No regrets here. Have 20/20 vision, when I could not see for about a year!

I was referred to Dr. Gross by my Ophthalmologist who could no longer do anything to help my eyes. A call was made over to Dr. Gross's office for an urgent appointment. Twenty-five minutes later I was registered and sitting in Dr. Gross's office being examined. You will love the staff, especially Allen, Paula, Mark and Connie. Great group of people.

Dr. Fredric Gross has been my eye care specialist for a few years. I liked him from the first time I saw him. (Important in my mind) Personally, I need to feel confident and safe with my health care professionals. Dr. Gross provides that confidence. Recently, I had Cataract surgeries. All concerned were professional and helpful from scheduling to post-op. I would be remiss if I forgot to mention the staff at Mid-Atlantic Eyecare. They are kind and efficient and caring.
