The Best Doctor I Have Ever Dealt With. I've Had My Hip Problem Since Birth 46 Years Now. I Just Had My First Hip Revision With The Broken Health Care System Its Taken 4 Years Yo Complete.... To Have It DESTROYED BY THE CONTRA COSTA SHERRIFFS OFFICE AND SAN RAMON POLICE DEPARTMENT .... Have Delt With Dr. Morgan For 6 Years Now .... Every Month. He Is Kind And Compassionate And By Far The Best Doctor That I Have Ever Dealt With. Truly An Angel Sent From God . Thank God For Dr. Morgan And Marilyn
