Worst experience ever! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was not there for myself but took my mother there after she was referred to a Neurologist after a bad fall. She went through a battery of tests on my Mom and had the worst bedside manner of anyone I have ever witnessed. She was rude during the testing and when my Mom made a decision that she thought was best for her, against Dr. Policard's advice, she was obviously upset and gave a horrible prognosis. It has now been over a year and half since this appointment and my Mom has had no other complications and is STILL ALIVE and WELL. I'm so glad that my Mom followed her intuition and did not follow through with next step of an unnecessary and dangerous procedure that Dr. Policard advised her to have.

Dr Policard performed a neurological test on my arms to check for nerve damage. She took her time and really checked me out. It took at least 45 minutes. I had had this test done before somewhere else and they rushed through it taking about 15 minutes and said I needed surgery. I got the surgery with no changes to my problems after. Dr Policard was able to find out where my problems were coming from and steered me in the right direction..

This is the worst “neurologist” you will ever know. Does not listen does not care , complete incompetence! How does she not lose her license to practice medicine we will never know

Dr, Policard is very professional, knowledgeable, concerned and follows up with her patients. Dr. Policard is attentive, will call after hours to check on her patients She does her research and she works hard. to make a difference in her patients lives for the better. Thank you for and your team for excellent service, support and a great work ethic.

Demand another doctor in the practice if you end up with Dr. Policard her mis-diagnosis lost us precious time. Her mistakes cost my family dearly. When confronted she gave no explanation for her mistakes.
