Terrible
This office it's absolutely the worst. Another incident where the staff, manager, lead, front office, all rude and don't listen. They want to be right instead of doing what's right. This office should be shut down due to the lack of patient care and respect. Disgusted this place has gone down hill so much. Not a good representation of Sutter at all, and I've been a Sutter patient for 40years. They should be ashamed of themselves and their practices.

A doctor that stands out!!
A real review for a REAL doctor doctor. FIVE STARS ***** I don't know who's leaving a 1 star review? But I'm certain it is a mistake! They must've thought 1star meant he was FANTASTIC!!! Because he is. I have serious chronic health issues and have seen many doctor's throughout the years. I can tell you I have not taken the time to leave a review. Dr Reina is my first. He is wonderful. He makes you feel as though you are an equal. He truly listens and HEARS you. Nice thing about Dr Reina is he genuinely cares. When I heard he was leaving edchc, I had to know where. Next thing I did was call to find out if my insurance was accepted. You don't find many doctors like him. If you do, hold on tight. They are hidden gems. Thank you for being you Dr Reina. I appreciate everything you have done for myself and our community. - Lorna Not sure he will ever see this.
