The first thing you will notice when you enter the door is how friendly the staff is. I have been a customer for so long that I know most of the staff by name. Both Dr. Gaffar Syed and Samiya Mohiuddin are very knowledgeable, caring and mild tempered. This is so important because they always take the time to talk about the concerns, explain options and provide solutions! Thank you Dr. Gaffer Syed, Samiya Mohiuddin, Morgan, Ashley and the rest of the team. I really appreciate your medical support in keeping me healthy and happy. I always leave feeling better!

I came to this doctor about a year ago for my diabetes care hoping for him to be my new primary care doctor while in the appointment his nurses who were doing the pre-appointment vitals were making jokes about how he pushes patients through quickly and doesn’t spend too much time with a single patient he then entered the room did not look at me did not examine me looked at my chart and said that I was a type two diabetic who was trying to Ruin their life. Turns out after getting another doctor he was completely wrong. First of all I was not a type to diabetic. I was actually a type one diabetic that Frederick health misdiagnosed I do not recommend anyone see this doctor ever. I personally feel that he has a danger to the community.

Went there 3 times in 2 years and every single time I was disappointed, and my mistake to keep going back. They never call back to give you your lab or test results, they never follow up on your follow-up. Their behavior is awful. I called 4 times in 3 weeks asking them about the result of my X-Ray. They kept telling me 'We will let the provider know and will give you a call back'. They never did in 3 weeks. They NEVER apologized. Extremely unprofessional service in their Frederick location. will never go back. Don't waste your time and money please.

I've been seeing Dr Syed for several years. Initially, I was not impressed but due to insurance restrictions, I stayed with him. Over the past few years, my experience and opinion has changed. He's hired knowledgable and congenial assistance, incorporated online technology for appointment setting, and notifications. The wait times in-office are still too long, but other than that, I've become quite pleased with this practice!

Front desk is awesome in welcoming and scheduling appointment. I feel like they understand your a a patient and wants to assist you. Dr Syed is fantastic with his patients and he listens to you, he is prompt with time too. Their office keeps appointment time and that is very rare with my past experience

Dr. Syed is an excellent doctor who seems to genuinely care about his patient. He took time to listen to my medical issues and did not try to hurry me out. His staff is efficient, friendly, and thorough. I would recommend him as a PCP to anyone.

Very nice and very patience

The staffs and Dr.Syed are very patience and is very understanding. I love that office because there office is children friendly and it's close to for me to get there. Also Dr.Syed has a lot of patience and will to work with like that very hard head but seen I've started seeing him I've been taking better care of myself .
