Dr. Gail Askew, MD

Dr Askew was professional, thorough, and an asset to the Beavercreek Community. She is missed.

Dr. Gail Askew had been my primary care physician for over 25 years and there is no other doctor that can even compare to her. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough but most importantly, she is patient, trustworthy, kind and compassionate. She never rushes through the appointment and takes the time to listen to her patients and addresses all of their concerns. She is an excellent doctor and I really miss her and wish she would start her own practice. I am very upset and disappointed with Kettering Health Network for letting her go and how they mistreated her and her patients.

Dr Askew has been the best doctor i have ever been to. She was my doctor, my childrens doctor (who are now grown and still see her) and my grandbaby was going to start seeing her also. I am so sad and disheartened that she is gone. I do hope she finds a new practice so that the patients who have spent years with her can continue to see her. I dont know what happened but Kettering has no idea what they have lost. You will never find a better doctor. She has excellent bedside manner and is always friendly. 26 years i have enjoyed having the same physician.. I hope she knows how loved she is by all of her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Askew for over 20 years. She is the most knowledgable and the most thorough doctor I have ever met. She is professional, personable and compassionate. There is no better doctor out there ~ she is the best!

Best Dr. Ever!!! I have known her for 20+ years & my Dr for at least 15 years if not longer. It's a shame she left, I want her BACK!!! She is very thorough with her patients & she's very caring with your needs. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. I DID NOT want to have to find another Dr. I'm not sure whats going on but she was an excellent Dr. and you need to bring her back!

Dr. Askew is intelligent, friendly, and thorough. She spends a lot of time getting to know your medical history and any changes since your last visit. Often the wait is a little long, but well worth it once you see her. My wife and I have been with her since we moved to Beavercreek in 2003, and we have been, as you can see from our rating, highly satisfied with our physician, and would recommend her to anyone wanting a very knowledgeable and friendly primary care doctor.

Expect to wait in the public waiting room AT LEAST 45 minutes AFTER your scheduled time, then another 15 to 30 minutes in the individual waiting room before talking with the nurse. This is based on 3 separate appts at or before 9am. The only good part of the visit experience is that she is intelligent once you're seeing the doctor... IF you can stand the hour+ wait cooling your heels.
