Dr. Gail Brown, MD

Dr. Brown always goes above and beyond to provide excellent patient care. As a mother of 2 boys both under the age of 3 years, I come to every appointment with a list of questions and have even spoken with Dr. Brown during on-call after hours. No matter the time of day, Dr. Brown is always very understanding and patient. She thoroughly answers every question and confidently provides prompt and quality care. I highly recommend!

Dr. Brown is always our first choice in the Trestlewood office. She is extremely knowledgeable, and can always answer all of our questions. Both of our sons have gone to her since they were born, and she continues to provide great care for them. Additionally, she has been able to give us the reassurance and proper direction needed as parents. Her calming nature makes my children feel comfortable, and actually look forward to their doctor's appointments.

Dr. Brown has seen my two teenage daughters and has offered sound advice and encouragement both to them as well as to me (as a mother of 4 daughters and 1 son). She is exceptionally knowledgeable in terms of health and wellness. She is also very grounded and realistic, especially in terms of parenting adolescent children. Dr. Brown has made herself available to my children, even on short notice, and they feel comfortable seeking her medical counsel.

Our kids have received treatment from Dr. Brown 2 or 3 times now. We really like every other provider in this office, however, Dr. Brown has always been patronizing and condescending towards me and has no consideration for my motherly instincts. She speaks to me like a child and is not friendly to my kids at all. I don't feel she is a bad doctor, probably just a lack of personal skills, but it's bad enough that I will be requesting we do not get paired with her again. Out of space for more!

Dr Brown is pleasant to be around, but I never feel like I have all the necessary info about my child and adequate tests performed. We've seen all the other docs in this office and have not noticed that about the rest.
