Claims to make an appointment when they don't.
They "make an appointment" for you over the phone, but don't worry, if you come in for it, they'll claim you don't have an appointment. Leaving people in physical need waiting weeks for no results. Biggest scum of the earth.

Dr. MacIntyre is excellent. I am picky about my doctors and she has exceeded my expectations. She listens, is thorough but practical. Very friendly and always puts patients more at ease rather than making more tense. The only complaint is the office staff is not very good or organized. I always have problems getting my prescriptions refilled (the fax or message gets lost, they fill one prescription but not another—even though they were requested at the same time, etc.). Also, it is difficult getting an appointment at the last minute, i.e. your’re suddenly sick. I make my next regular appointment when I leave my previous one (6 months in advance) and never have a problem for those. The Dr. herself is amazing though, so I would never change and deal with the other issues without a second thought.
