Rude, unprofessional, and misdiagnosed me
I was misdiagnosed with being allergic to Isotretinoin, even though I had been taking it for more than a month daily without any problems. She had a special allergist that she trusted, but she did not refer me to this specialist until 4 months later, which wasted my time and money and extended my Isotretinoin journey to double of a typical course. I was told to “come back in 2 weeks, come back in 1 month” for 4 months just so they could keep getting my money. When I asked important questions, such as “Are there any food or drink precautions with Isotretinoin I should be aware of?”, her response was “What are you talking about?” in a rude tone, as if it were a stupid question. However, it should be the doctor’s job to inform the patient that alcohol is a contraindication with this drug without prompting by the patient.

Very rushed, not confident with exam
I went in for a routine annual skin exam. I felt that Dr. Whitman didn't really examine my entire body and was only concerned about what she could remove and bill my insurance for. She was very rushed and short with me. I'm nervous that she might have missed something important and will be seeing a different dermatologist next time.

My son had a small beauty mark removed and as a result was left with a very large and unsightly scar that is about 8-10 X the size of the beauty mark. The skin in that area is additionally very thin and years later, still sensitive not to mention he is now a teen ager that is embarrassed to remove his shirt beauty mark was on his torso). She always seems to be in a rush. Maybe had she spent more time my son would not be scarred like this.

I have been trying to find the right dermatologist for years. I finally found Gail. She is one of the best physicians I have ever been to in terms of quality of care AND she really listens to you and makes you feel at ease.

She completely misdiagnosed my skin condition - after 3 months of treatment (2 different medications) and spending more than $500 dollars, went to another doctor. Do you due diligence before going here. Terrible experience.
