No BS chit-chat, straight through the diagnostics to come up with a diagnosis asking many questions while doing so. I felt totally at ease though some physical discomfort was felt during the diagnosis. Friendly, caring, and professional attitude exhibited. A++ rating

She was very upbeat and a pleasure to talk to. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and explained all my options. She gave me advice on how to fast-track my MRI, and initiated a telephone conference to make sure I heard the results as fast as possible. In short, Dr. Prentiss is great, and I look forward to working with her every time I need her kind of help.
