Dr. Garrett Mockler, MD

I am so disappointed in the type of care we received. However, I feel it’s necessary to leave a review to prevent someone else getting treated the way we did. For anyone considering Garret A. Mockler as their primary care physician please PLEASE reconsider because he is extremely unprofessional - and does NOT take patients who are struggling with mental health seriously. I’ve never been treated this way by any other provider and I really hope that some kind of action is taken because this kind of unprofessionalism is not okay. I would hate to see anyone else be treated the way my family was.

Very attentive to care. Good listener. Explains results of assessment well. Caring and sensitive.

Dr. Mockler and his Nurse, Annika have been so helpful. Kudos to these hard workers.

I took my son to see Dr. Mockler and he was very easy to talk to and made my son feel very comfortable even when not feeling well. He explained to my 12 year old what was going on so he could understand it and also know what was going on with his health. His nurse was very timely on getting us my sons results so we know what to do next.

Dr. Mockler took his time to listen to what was going on with me; he offered different options, and did proper testing. I have suggested him to family and friends as well! I appreciate the time and effort spent with me in the office. Sometimes you feel as if you are rushed out of an appointment by Providers, but I do not feel that way. Highly recommend!!

He refuses to actually explain anything, do research or learn about what might be wrong with me and is a liar. Says he will call with results but never has. I have to diagnose myself using the internet and use the patient portal to see results. He also never follows up with previous issues or asks questions to get more information about your symptoms, just refers to someone else. He's lazy, incompetent and a liar. And gets paid for it.
