Dr. Patel's office is an example to follow.
1. Very professional and courteous.2. Patient and kind, especially with those of us with brain issues and we aren't always firing on all cylinders, we'll they are and it is comforting and relaxing #1.3. ATTENTIVENESS TO DETAIL.Grade AAA 100% awesome. Like am still in shock. When they say they are going to do something, bank on it. No follow thru required!4. At least this patient after being more doctor than patient for years, finally feel JUST LIKE A PATIENT.If could name everyone I would cause they are so kind at appts and with incessant calls etc. R. is TCB rn, along with G. and D. etal, with Dr. Patel.Best decision have ever made when it comes to medical, hands down. Genuinely Caring Dr.
I don’t do well with change so I was really disappointed to lose my last Dr but I really like Dr Patel! He’s very thorough and he genuinely cares as well as listens to all of your questions and concerns. He takes his time with you and I truly appreciate that I don’t feel like just another patient/number with him like I’ve felt in the past with other doctors I’ve seen. I’ve only seen him twice now but I have to say that so far he’s probably my favorite out of all of the doctors I’ve had and I’m really glad to have him as my Dr.
