My first experience was successful. This time my appointment was at 10:00 AM. I checked in at 9:45 AM and filled out the excessive paper work. At 11:00 AM I inquired how much longer. The response was a long time. There were 6 other people in the room and I assume they had been there awhile. I ask again how long...one, two, three hours? The reply was yes. I told her that I had driven 1hr. and 20 mins and was on time. I think the doctor should have called me to save me the drive.
