The doctor is great, but the secretary NEVER answers the phone or responds to emails. In 2019 I tried calling and emailing Elsa dozens of times for an urgent matter and I'm still waiting for a reply. Nothing has changed in 2021.

Outstanding. I could not ask for and expect better service. Dr. Goykham is doing everything correct. He is FAST, but EFFICIENT!! and you still feel the personalized service. It shows he truly cares about his patients. Feels like being family.

I am 61 years old and in excellent health, except I am taking too long to heal... Dr. Goykhman has been seeing me for 7 months now for a fractured great toe. It’s taken too long and has always felt wrong and at imminent peril. All the while, Dr. Goykhman steadfastly continued reassuring me that everything was going well and that his non invasive, non interventionist approach was still the best course to continue on. I could not believe that something that felt so wrong (I have broken many bones) could be going well. I went and got a second and third opinion! They all agreed! Clearly, now they were all in cahoots! But why? Nevertheless, I stuck with him and I am happy to report that my toe feels a lot better and I am walking almost normal and improving every day. Pretty soon I will start running. Sorry for doubting you Dr Goykhman. Thank you for tolerating me all this time. You are really the best!

The most unprofessional staff in the medical field. In 46 years I’ve never had to threaten to call a lawyer to get my money back after charging me $600 out of pocket and then my insurance company over $900. I was examined for exactly 2 minutes if not less and was told to come back in two weeks. Why? To rob me of more money? This place should be ashamed to even call themselves professionals. Avoid this place like Covid.

Doctor excelente ! El mejor que me a atendido, tan amable, cariñoso, te explica súper bien, te trata super bien. El staff super amable también. Lo único que hay que esperar al rededor de una hora para ser atendido, pero el trato tan lindo vale la pena.
