Everything from scheduling to the actual day of procedure went extremely well. The entire staff was amazing and took extremely good care of me and went the extra mile to make me comfortable and calm with a procedure that most people dread getting (colonoscopy). Anesthesia specialists was amazing kept me calm and comfortable until the procedure was ready to begin and the entire process took less than two hours. If u need to get a screening I would highly recommend Dr.Koenig and his awesome staff u will be in great hands with these compassionate professionals.

Dr Koeing was friendly, efficient and explained what to expect both pre op and post op,the experience was one of the best I have had with a speacialist in a long time. The staff was great made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

Dr. Gary D. Koenig's office provided a terrible experience. Despite waiting three months for an appointment, it was scheduled for a date when I was away. The staff, particularly Michelle, were rude and unhelpful. Now, I'm being charged a no-show fee for their mistake. Avoid this office at all costs.

I met Dr. Gary Koenig in the procedure suite on Oct 4th. I had experienced GI and Urology issues for about 6 weeks. I I was physically miserable and frustrated. Dr. Koenig was kind, empathetic, and thorough. All done in a relaxed professional manner, with a sense of humor. His support staff was also excellent. Dr. Koenig helped identify that I had an undiagnosed hiatal hernia by reviewing tests and then completing the colonoscopy and endoscopy. I am glad to finally some answers, along with a solution and a plan. Very much appreciated!!

Mom (75) was referred to Koenig for abdominal distress (3mo in extreme pain), swelling of abdomen. He did nothing, no physical exam no testing… Wanted to wait and see. Turns out she has stage three colon cancer and if he did what he wanted we still wouldn’t even know she had a complete blockage.

She should have been sent directly to the hospital. Instead he sent her home when she could barely walk to or from his office. I would not recommend him to anyone.

My scheduled colonoscopy with Dr Gary Koenig went well on July 29th at the Hazelwood facility. Doctor spent few minutes with me before the procedure, explained the procedure and made me comfortable. Admin staff and nurses were super helpful and friendly. Overall my experience was great and I would highly recommend Dr Koenig to anyone needing a colonoscopy.

Dr. Koenig has great bedside manners and truly cares about your health. He doesn't beat around the bush and is ready to treat whatever needs treated. Highly recommend him and his staff. They are always responsive and very friendly.

The scheduled colonoscopy examination I had with Dr. Koenig went real well. There was no serious side-effect. I recommend him to any one.

On the morning of Jan. 7, 2019, the phone was consistently busy. When I finally connected around noon, I recorded a request for a call back. It never came. This is unacceptable.

We are very pleased with Dr Koenig & his treatment & care of my niece. The nursing staff, nurse anesthetist all were exceptional!
