Unprofessional!!
I waited for months to see this provider. I had the earliest appointment of the day. 45 minutes past my 8am appointment I'm told that he never bothered to check if I was here and had just assumed I hadn't shown. And now he wouldn't be able to see me. To make things worse he didn't even have enough respect for me to tell me this in person, but had a receptionist deliver the message. He didn't have any other openings and clearly didn't care how this would affect his patient. The receptionist was able to work magic and get me in with another provider in a few days, but honestly this is APPALLING. I'm sure the workforce, medical field, and patients will only reap the rewards that come with this resident's continued standard of care.
