Dr. Gary Palmer, MD

Dr Palmer is excellent. He is patient and explains everything thoroughly and I feel confident that I am in good hands.

I saw Dr. Palmer at the Las Vegas location and he stated that he did not agree with the recommendation of my PCP and could not offer me a any treatment. Which is okay, I can understand if he did not feel that I needed what my PCP recommended. I felt his demeanor to be rude, unkind, and lacking empathy- important characteristics for a physician. I did ask for my co-pay back at the end as he had nothing to offer me and did not examine me but he refused and actually laughed stating “you got an opinion, so probably not”. I do not recommend this provider.

Of all the cancer treatment centers in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, I was blessed to have found this one. Dr. Palmer and the entire team are compassionate, professional, and authentic. I believe God is working through all of them.

If I could describe how I felt after my appointments with Dr. Palmer in 3 words it would be confident, informed, and prepared. In every one of my appointments, Dr. Palmer thoroughly explained all of the details of my test results, next steps, and what to expect. His has the BEST bedside manner I have ever experienced. He was very patient with the millions of questions my wife and I had and explained every single answer until we felt knowledgeable. He is extremely knowledgeable which also helps him make decisions on what test and what the next steps to take. I used to live in California and saw so many other doctors, including an oncologist, trying to solve my mystery of health problems, but Dr. Palmer was the first to want to order a CAT scan. And luckily he did because that’s when we found everything going on! I’m very thankful for Dr. Palmer and how thoroughly he was with all of my test. As I’ve said earlier I leave Dr. Palmer’s office confident, informed, and prepared. 5 out of 5!!
