Dr. Gary Patterson, DDS

Dr Patterson was wonderful, however his office staff is awful. The doctor himself is very caring and professional. I’ve had numerous things done all have had nothing but great experiences.

Disgusting experience. I’m 18 but the doctor talked over me and kept asking my mom questions about my medical history even though I hadn’t given consent for her to be consulted. When I tried to talk he would rudely interrupt me and say he was speaking to my mom. I just wanted to get 1 wisdom tooth and odontoma cyst removed which I’ve consulted another surgeon and dentist about who both said I could stay awake for the procedure, this doctor said he wouldn’t operate on me if I was fully conscious and got angry when I politely said I would go somewhere else then because I want to stay awake and only use local anesthesia. He also kept referring to my odontoma as an “extra tooth” which I corrected him on, and even later when he got confirmation from my previous X-ray as well as the medical over view from my other doctors he continued to call it an “extra tooth.” Kept telling me to smile and calling me a good girl all while yelling at me and talking over me.

I had a very difficult situation for which two other Dentists recommended Dr Patterson. It took me a bit to get my first appointment but when I saw him he was great. I was really impressed by his great demeanor. He’s was kind, considerate and very professional. He was more like an old friend than my doctor. His staff was all wonderful. Both appointments went very well. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes to get in. Once I was early and they took me right in. I saw the doctor within 3 minutes of being put in the examining room. He handled my situation wonderfully with an outcome much better than the other Dentists said was possible. I give him my highest recommendation possible!

Hes the best office not pulling ur teeth they shouldn't tell u about ur kid or kids how they act u as a parent should see it I applauded the staff Paul andreozzi

After waiting 2 hours past my appointment time, the doctor came in and he was the most rude doctor I have ever been to. I seriously thought I may be on a show that pranks people. I could not believe how he spoke to me. Worst experience ever in a doctor's office. Don't waste your time.

The staff is the worst I have ever encounter. No concern about anything but money, to the point you have to pay up front and wait to be reimburse after your insurance pays them :( They made my husband leave and reschedule because he needed to bring his insurance booklet.

Dr. Patterson is great but his office staff is beyond unprofessional. I can't help but wonder why he doesn't do something about that, because there are many complaints about it.

I hear Dr Patterson is great. Unfortunately the office staff is very rude. I'm surprised anyone would go there. I work in healthcare and have never been as rude as they are. Will never go back! I would not recommend this office.

Staff is very unpleasant. Waited over an hour. Ended up leaving after about an hour and a half when I was very rudily asked by a staff member to get my daughter out into the hall because "she can't be in here crying and acting like that". Well after an hour she was getting restless she's one. I was there for an initial appointment I should have been in and out. But was still waiting after an hour. After the women was so rude about my daughter I just left and do not plan to return or recommend.
