Dr. Raffel saved my father's life by diagnosing a gangrenic gall bladder when doctors at Beebe Medical Center missed the condition. Very grateful to Dr. Raffel.

Dr. Raffel is a compassionate, caring doctor. He spends time with you, listens to you. If he cannot fix the problem he referres you to someone who will. I had to get an MRI and the Dr's assistant Christine, set up and made the appointment for me.

Dr. Raffel goes above and beyond for his patients. He is a doctor that you can contact day or night and he will always be there to help you through any medical issue that may arise. He takes an unbelievable amount of time at every visit to really dive into every aspect of my health. When I call, he answers (him not an automated service or a secretary). I am truly amazed by this man. I spent so many years dealing with rigid scheduling, doctors that don’t seem to want to take the time to figure out the needs of their patients, or doctors that do care but their schedules don’t allow them the time. Dr. Raffel is a breath of fresh air. I have been with him for about 2 years and I plan on staying with him as long as he remains in the profession. I recommend him to anyone that wants more personalized care from their doctor.

Love love love Dr. Raffel. He is what every doctor should be - smart and caring. He actually cares for his patients. He follows up with you, won’t rest until he solves your issues... he is THE BEST doctor I know.

Wow, what an amazing first visit with Dr. Raffel! He was so caring, down-to-earth and laid back. I showed so much care and really took his time making sure everything was taken care of. He is so different from any other doctor I've seen, in a good way! He actually made me feel listened to, cared about, and not very anxious which is very unheard of for me.

The worst experience we ever had with any doctor!!! They were very rude. My husband was in pain. They refused to see him since we were 15 minutes late because the Gps sent us to their old location. It was a truly horrible experience and no one should ever be treated like we were. My husband is a cancer patient presently on chemotherapy.. JUST OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!
