Ongoing Chest Pain
Dr. Rauch was extremely unprofessional, rude, dismissed my concerns and treated me like I was making up my symptoms. He lied on my chart and wrote that I stated I had flu like symptoms which I never said. He told me that he was at a complete loss and had never heard of such a thing. When I expressed that I believed my ongoing chest pain could be the result of the severe stress I had been under he said “well we can’t blame everything on anxiety” and he never even tried to go back to stress or anxiety as a cause of the chest pain. I was told to go to the ER for a possible blood clot because he had “no earthly idea” what else it could be. This appointment was a complete waste of time and after reading other reviews of how this man treated other patients, I honestly can’t believe he is still allowed to meet with patients.

Kelly
Appointment due to ongoing aches/pains, fatigue, throat/cough, and rash for more than 30 days. Explained to the doctor that I had already had 2 Covid tests and that I was most concerned with the pain and rash. Regardless, I was only given a Covid and flu test then sent home with the doctor noting that I should come back if the symptoms persisted (they had already persisted for over a month). The doctor did respond to an online message after the appointment agreeing to send in a prescription, although there was no real diagnosis. The office billed $700 for this visit.

This was easily the best urgent care visit I have experienced, across multiple locations and in multiple states, whether as a patient or as a helper accompanying a patient. 5-Stars across the board.

Professional Courteous and Informative
My grandson hurt his ankle in a volleyball game and we went to the care center for diagnosis. We were seen within minutes. All of the staff were courteous and helpful

Doesn’t Listen
I went in for pain in my foot. Pointed to EXACTLY where it was hurting, dr pointed to a completely different area and said, “Here?” I said no and pointed to the spot again and he did the same thing. He acted like all I wanted was narcotics, which don’t work for me regardless. He did not listen to what I said, he just touched my foot, and said he was going to give me something, he never actually told me what he thought the issue was.

Presented at the door with unbearable pain from a kidney stone. Actually fell onto the floor screaming in pain while vomiting into a bag. The doctor and several others lifted me into a wheelchair. Spent probably 10 minutes checking in at various stations while as politely as possible begging them to hurry. Got to a room and spent another approximately 10 minutes with a nurse doing medical history, all the while screaming and crying and begging for her to hurry to get me a shot for the pain. I was continuing to scream as the doctor finally made it to the room. He patted me on the shoulder and said, "I don't have any pain medicine here, there's nothing I can do for you". Unbelievable!!!!! WHY DIDN'T THE DOCTOR OR SOMEONE ELSE TELL ME THAT THEY DON'T HAVE PAIN MEDICINE AT THIS CLINIC? I UNDERSTAND IF THIS IS THE POLICY, BY WHY WAS I LEFT IN COMPLETE AGONY FOR 30 MINUTES WHEN I COULD HAVE BEEN TOLD AS I ENTERED THE CLINIC.It took another agonizing 45 minutes to get to the ER. Unacceptable

I saw Dr. Ranch at Westside Clinic, he is my favorite doctor. He takes the time to listen and knows how to treat the problem. My husband is disable and he spent time to do tests and made sure he got the right meds, staying with him after hours making sure he got the treatment he needed. My husband got well without need to go back to the hospial, where he had been three times for weeks, the same problem Dr. Ranch was able to cure. Thank you Dr. Rauch!
