I've been seeing Dr. Roper every six months since I moved here 3 years ago and never had any problems... Then, Erlanger took over... I scheduled an appointment on January 8th for today, February 18th at 10:30. At 10:15, I walk in the door and check in. Not a soul is in the waiting room but me. I have a seat and wait patiently for my name to be called. After several minutes, I am called to the counter. Long story short, the lady tells me that they aren't showing any appointments for me today

I needed a re-fill on my Rx and I emailed the office and they promptly had contacted my mail order pharmacy within 1 day. This and the great manner of all the employees (front desk, blood work) goes a long way to make their patients feel really comfortable. Dr. Roper is worth the 30 min. drive to see him. Excellent!!!
