Compassion and caring
I saw dr Rosenberg for a broken back. He explained everything to me and educated me on what needed to be done. He let me know I could wait to see if it would heal on its own. I opted for surgery due to the pain. Surgery went well. I am pain free now. Dr Rosenberg was compassionate and caring throughout the process. We need more doctors like him.

Don’t go there
After I got approval from cal optima I called the office to make an appointment at 10:30am when I got to the building in anaheim there’s nobody there it was a sign it says we moved to fountain valley with address and phone number how on earth I know they moved if nobody told me so I called them to ask them if I still can go to the new location she said let me as . I start driving to the new location 13 miles 35 minutes driving I’m still waiting on hold I got inside the building she hang up on me so I went to the front desk one of the receptionist said first name no hi no bye she doesn’t even looked at me i said can I speak to a person or manager she we don’t have managers. How can I trust this place on my treatment medication how can I be under surgery with this type of people. I’m going to call cal optima to make complaints about this office and their staff because they not supposed to be at this place to help people.

Surgery date
I was scheduled for surgery with Dr Rosenberg, and followed through with all my pre-op. I contacted the office about my time and COVID testing and was told a day before my surgery date that the hospital did not have me on the schedule because the person responsible for my surgery did not follow through so my surgery was not going to happen for another month. My complaint is due to the fact that I would have shown up for surgery just to be told that it was not going to happen.

Thoughtful Doctor
Dr Rosenberg took the time to study MRI before offering a recommendation. Talked WITH me about treatment options. Listened to my concerns (and nonsense) with patience. Ultimately said the decision is mine. At first i wanted him to tell me what to do. But really thinking about my decision feels empowering. I like dr Rosenbergs approach and look forward to surgery.

I didn’t see the doctor . I saw the PA , she was nice and explained my condition to me and was patient, I have an appointment in two months to see the doctor and decide what to do about my spin problem. Meanwhile she referred me to have physical therapy. The staff are nice and helpful.

Performed ACDF surgery after accident 7/21, and it was ruined by my first post op because of his negligence to my post-care. I had asked to have help from home services or a rehab before leaving hospital which was not honored. Nor did he come to visit me once while I was in the hospital. I came home and was violently ill the first five days with vomiting and throwing up, he never returned one phone call. So it was no surprise that my surgery was a failure by my first postop appointment, he wanted to get me into surgery right away because there was metal that had moved and now jamming into my trachea, Causing me not to be able to swallow. If you value your health, trust someone reputable! So much regret and pain now.

Broken neck surgery – Oct 13, 2021
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Rosenberg?
Dr Rosenberg is the orthopedic surgeon out there. He operated on my cervical spine feb 2020 and now my lower back surgery recently aug 2021. Both surgeries we’re successful. Before surgery he explained to me about the procedures. During my appointments he was always nice and took time with me. He pretty much saved my life. I would recommend Dr Rosenberg to anyone and if your considering surgery he is the best out there.

Dr. Rosenberg walks in, says he has not even looked at the report or the MRI of my neck, I had received a copy and saw that I had significant bulges, I was Dx with a connective tissue disorder, my joints dislocate, I had many concerns such as being recently dx with POTS, Dx he just says, "I don't see how this would require surgery..." proceeds to recommend alternative treatment, but refuses to give me a referral, doesn't realize those without a PPO cannot get ANY treatment without a referral, no help, says, "Why would I do that?! [refer me to ANYONE]" walks out of the room, doesn't do a dang thing. Platinum Ortho's website states they are NOT solely there to do surgery, that their doctors try to avoid it, give altervative recommendations, I didn't WANT surgery, I did NOT ask to see a surgery, I was referred by a specialist who saw my MRI showing two things a tarlov cyst and bulges in my neck, rude last time, went off on money when I said nothing about money- he is angry he gets HMO pt

Dr. Rosenberg listened patiently to all my nervous concerns and was willing for me to try other treatments & procedures before committing to the actual surgery. He accurately observed my very visible painful movements and did not outright dismiss me. I like him.

Mr. Rosenberg is an AMAZING Spine Surgeon. He listens to my concerns and is always patient with me. He truly is in this profession to help people and is very compassionate. The office wait time is very minimal. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They have an x-ray tech on site so you can get your x-rays done in the office. You won’t be disappointed with the care Mr. Rosenberg and his staff provide.
