This practice is the antithesis of patient care. I have been promised four referrals for nearly two months. I call weekly and never get any results. I have called for appointments, left my information with the answering service and never received a call back. I like Dr. Smith but his staff is horrible. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Excellent, Listens to what you have to say about what is going on inside. Works with you on a Start Plan for your Health, Gives Great suggestions. Doesn't shove drugs down you like some doctors I have had. Very Health and Wellness Outlook on his patients.

New to Arizona had exceptional care where I came from & was very concerned when I got here about finding care. I Had a very bad experience with a doctor in Chandler who attacked all the advice I got back home from 8 years of a very trusted doctor and appeared to me to be very driven by fear and money. Dr. Smith listened, was interested in the care of me and my family. It was a very comforting appointment. I Look forward to him caring for me in the future.

Dr. Smith was great! BUT, he has sold and left. I have been trying to get health issues resolved since July and keep getting the run around at the office. Had to wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time!! I would have left but was in extreme pain and needed help. Calls are not returned or no one even answers the phone- not even voice mail! Extremely frustrating! Definitely looking for a new doctor now ??

Been a patient for 16 yrs was called with lab results saying my pap was normal I hadn't had a pap Had problem with my leg swelling and a lot of pain was sent for ultra sound it took 24 hrs to get results that I didn't have a clot When I called 6x to see how to treat, get something for pain, and a referral I was ignored. Two days latter now and I have yet to hear from them I paid for service and don't feel I should have to go to emergency and pay $200, for something for pain.

Been going here for several years. Rarely saw Dr Smith, but was happy with the rest of the medical staff. THEY SOLD! No notice to their existing patients. Dr Smith apparently retired from practice. Dr Chang is amazing. PROBLEM: hubby has been very ill. They referred him to have an ultra sound. He had it. Almost 2 weeks ago! No call from office, no answer when we call them, every day. No return call for the MANY messages we've left. Husband continues to get worse, losing weight daily.

Business has been sold, doctors left, stay away! After having bad experiences with United Healthcare and Banner health I found this practice with a 4 1/2 star rating. Called them for an appointment and nearly fainted when I got in the next day. However after going there 3 times for appointments I never saw the doctor even once, just the PA's and it was s different one each time. Last time went over when they didn't answer the phone and it was chaos!

Dr Smitt is amazing. Diane at the front desk is likely the most rude, inconsiderate, heinous individual I have ever encountered in a care setting. For that reason, I will never go back she ruins Dr. Smiths good name and clinic, just awful.
