not very good- I called in a for a refill and it did not seem to be of any urgency and when i asked to confirm the dosage, I was told -"I would have to get the chart in order to tell you that"- She never confirmed with me, I guess she didn't want to get the chart. I was not given a certain time the refill would be called in, other than "this afternoon"-
