Dr. Gary Torbey, DO

Dr. was great. Financial staff was awful! I paid $30 cash, got a receipt, for the day of visit. After insurance there was a $24.24 balance, which would have left me a credit. I had phone conversations, sent a COPY of my receipt, to their office and even requested an itemized bill, which showed that the office did not apply the cash payment. I tried for 9 months sent another proof with copy of their receipt of payment, to immediately have the bill turned to a collection agency. I can only assume someone in their office is skimming cash payments and they destroyed evidence within the office. But I have my receipt! I will not recommend this office to anyone.

competent, efficient, reliable

I was very impressed with Dr. Torbey and his excellent staff. Dr. Torbey took the time to explain things to me and even examined me following surgery (after regular business hours) as my condition was considered high risk. Great service in the office and the staff are very informed. Would definitely recommend.

He took his time with me and explained a lot. I had a lot of questions. He was also very kind. The staff was very nice as well.

I was interested in finding out why I am having blurred and sometimes double vision and what could be done about it. After apmt. yesterday, 8/9/16, I left without finding out anything useful and treated like a wiget in an assembly line. There was no cordiality and was a rush to get my analysis completed. It was a total waste of money with no substantive results and I would not recommend their "service" to anyone!

Great office staff. Timeliness with appointment. They got me in the day I called. The Dr's assistant was not friendly and the Dr. was not personable and did spend any time explaining my condition. He spent less than 5 minutes with me.
