Did not like the way I was treated. Took to many X Rays that had nothing to do with what I was seeing him for. Very nasty to his staff.

Great, honest, maticulate.
I had problems in the past with both knees and a fractured leg. I went to other orthopedic doctors that pressured me into having surgeries. I wanted to get other options first as to the diagnosis. Dr. Wisner is the only Dr. that didn't pressure me. He explained everything to me in detail with visual proof of what my issues were. He said to me when I'm ready to have the surgeries, let his staff know. Also, I noticed other comments about his mannerisms, but can't agreed with any of the negative ones. He's always been down to earth to me, and always treats me with respect. I suspect that maybe these negative comments are from none of his patients, or from "fake" ones to hurt his business for the benefit of another orthopedic surgeon. Also, I've never had to wait for my appointment time more than 15 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr. Wisner for a few years know. I would recommend him highly. He is a great surgeon and very knowledge in his profession. I had seen multiple doctors before Dr. Wisner and all told me the could not help me. I was unable to move my right arm and had no strength in my hands. Once I started seeing Dr. Wisner he new right away what needed to be done. He first did a shoulder cuff repair and freed my arm. Then he did bilateral Carpal Tunnel release on both my hands. Hi then puts you right into Physical Therapy with in days of surgery. My arm is full functioning know and my hand strength has doubled and I can left and hold onto things again. Life is better for me today because of this man. Dr. Wisner. He fights for his patients rights for medical treatment.

I've been under the care of dr. Wisner for over 8 years, he has helped to relieve pain in my left shoulder after seeing other doctors who only prescribed painkillers. Dr. Wisner and his staff listen to you to help find how to help treat you the best. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends. I find his way of speaking leaves you comfortable and assured you are in good hands.

In my experience in having a recent knee replacement, i found Dr. Wisner extremely concerned about my final outcome and receiving the best care from him and his office. He is fastidious in all parts of the pre and post-surgery procedure to insure there would not be any type of infection. He tells it as he sees it. He is also concerned about possible pain drug addiction and counsels his patients in pain management. I am now 6 weeks out from surgery with no complications and a very good result. He recommends physical therapy before and after the surgery to help strengthen the muscles before and after, which really helped me. I fully recommend him to anyone who has issues with their knees, hip joints or spine.

I would not rather go out of town to another Federal Workman’s Compensation Dr. If your injury is here to stay you still need medication prescribed. If you are referred to a different orthopedic Dr. go! Due to Wisner’s case load He has extended waiting time. I need Wisner to fight for my rights.

Without hesitation HIGHLY recommended
After a fall and a long trip to ER only to be sent home with a knee braise and prescription I called Dr Wisner office Monday morning. They were more than helpful to get me in right away. Thanks to the x-rays Dr Wisner discovered a stress fracture that the ER DIDN'T. He gave education and guidance on how to protect my leg and allow it to heal while I was waiting for clearance for surgery on my knee. Thanks so much no other Dr would've taken the time to make sure I was protected.

Horrible experience. Long wait in the packed lobby and got to listen to the dr yell at the staff. Not once and not for short rants. I walked out after waiting an hour. The gal next to me had been waiting two hours and said the dr had gone on four yelling rants on his staff. Horrible horrible man.

4 hr wait time. Called my provider group to ask for help. In the exam room Dr. shouted out orders to the three staffers in the room with us. No discussion about recover time, type and location of the fracture, what to expect as far as healing time. He order crutches, walker, PT, blood work with out discussion. Then he threatened that if I ever complain about him again that he would not see me again or if I needed surgery he would not perform. All he wanted to hear from me was "thank you"

Let us contrast the words "can't perform a surgery" with "won't perform the surgery", because ours was simply a case of a man insecure with his subpar skills as a surgeon and who is unwilling to assist a patient in dire need. Please don't go here unless it is your last hope of seeing a health professional, because everything about this place is unprofessional, money-driven and not patient centered. Our time is precious, so make good decisions for your own health needs, even if physicians "can't"

Previous Ligament surgery in my knee Ripped away from anchor. He calls me a "Big Baby" then says I'm only there to get meds because he thinks I'm an addict. I'm looking for a better Orthopedic Surgeon! If he can't understand the PAIN I'm in, how I'm trying to get set up for a new surgery at the beginning of next spring, so I don't interrupt my College attendance, he's useless. If you have private insurance go elsewhere. This guy is a joke!
