Dr. Gary Wright, MD

Called to schedule as a new patient. Month and a half wait to get in, asked that blood work to be ordered before hand so the info would be available for first appointment. She said she would get back to me. Never did. Call 2 weeks before hand to ask again, was told they would not do that, ask how I transfer my existing medical records, was advised they would do that at the first appointment. Asked for new paients forms to fill out before hand and was advised again that can only be done at the first appointment. At that point it was obvious that the first appointment was going to be useless and the desire was to get me in charge me and then set another appointment. So I canceled and moved on.

Very good , I have been going to Dr. Wright for over 8 years. My husband as well.

Having moved from Colorado, we had difficulty finding a good doctor. After numerous searches and different doctors we found Dr. Wright. He is fantastic. He explains everything and makes sure you understand what he's saying. Very down to earth and treats you like a person. We're blessed to have him as our doctor. Check him out if you need medical care.

Dr Wright really listens to the patients concerns an doesn't rush the appointment. He answers all questions and offers his advice and makes sure treatment options are understood. He appears to be the type of Dr that is practicing for the right reasons, for patients health not for the money. I am thankful I found Dr Wright and will continue to have him as my PCP.

I went to Dr. Wright for a simple prescription for my prosthetic. He checked my heart and found I had attrial fibrilation. I didn't have a clue. Sought treatment and now am out of A-Fib.

This place is a joke. Wait times over an hour. Never on time. Staff, especially the long haired blonde is downright rude and nasty. I will no longer go to that place or recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Wright and his staff! I’ve been going to the Cape Coral office for 2 yrs now and won’t go anywhere else!

Dr Wright II did not care about helping me get better.

Here I thought I found a good Dr. and office. Well, I don't have issues with the Dr. but the staff when it comes to billing issues and questions are outright rude. No customer service whatsoever. Billing for a visit from August of 2017 and when I question it, they act like it was my fault. Totally unprofessional and will be looking for a new Dr.

Wish I had more room to write. In summary, Dr himself was okay, though he rushed his exam. Nurse was great. Office receptionist Debbie is perhaps the rudest and most impersonal individual Ive ever encountered in a Dr office. Why she is customer-facing is beyond me. I've already found a more reputable Dr's office. Save yourself the overpriced "new patient" fee this place extorts from you and go elsewhere.
