Just like most doctors in Sumner County, Dr Yawn is completely useless. My dad is a stage 4 cancer patient who was referred after a recent hospital stay. Preached to my folks about switching their oncologists then deferred to the oncologist to prescribe a blood thinner. Completely unless human being. If you have an illness in Sumner County, you are better off going to Mayo, MD Anderson, or University of Denver.

Great bedside manner
He was very compassionate. He had very hard to hear news for my mama and one thing out of many he knelt beside her and patted her arm as he talked to her. When he told me he was very kind. You can't ask for any better. Thank you Dr Yawn for being so kind and honest.

The staff at TN Heart and Vascular has been both efficient and excellent. I was able to have my appointment at the time scheduled. Their mask and social distancing policy was properly observed by all. My experience has been that this is a well run group of physicians.

I feel that I am truly blessed to have Dr Yawn as my cardiologist. He is easy to talk to, listens and doesn’t make me feel that I’m taking up his time. This doctor as well as his staff are very friendly, considerate and professional each time I needed and had an appointment. Definitely, if there were, a 6 Star rating would be justified.

I would like to thank Dr. Yawn and his staff for recently seeing me on very short notice to address a concern with my heart. He was able to see me within a couple of hours, schedule a procedure to be performed at the hospital, and prescribe a medication that tremendously helped reduce my discomfort that evening. Dr. Yawn listened to my description of my symptoms, reviewed my history, and made me feel comfortable. He did this in an unhurried fashion even though I know he had a very tight schedule that day.
