Dr. Gautam Pareek, MD

Dr's Pareek and Bhandari have been our family's physician for many years. They're knowledge, kind hearted and very professional. Although the office is almost always very busy. To us it's worth the wait, like a good restaurant that's always packed. And we'd travel from another state if we needed just to get an honest opinion from these fine doctors. They're simply wonderful.

We went to see this Dr for my 85 year old Dad. We went with all his current medication so that we get right refill. All he had to do was to prescribe same strength equivalent medication and that was too not done right. He prescribed medicine 4 time of strength of what my Dad needed. We caught that after we got the medication, thankfully before we used it. Getting the right replacement was not easy again as I had to personally visit the office as staff almost never picks the phone. After 3 months on follow up visit what happens ? Lo and behold... again same mistake. We waited for 45 minutes after appointment time. Just for refill we needed to make visit appointment ..should have been done on phone. Now we are out of medication and his office has not responded to refill from pharmacy. I just lost the trust that I can depend on him for my Dad's care.

Well I'm not dehydrated because I drink water lol he's a very good no nonsense doctor and has never been rude and the fact he takes medi cal tells me he does care about people so wow some people !

OOh the worse Doctor you can have. He thinks he's better than you just because hes a doctor and knows it all. He won't let you ask him any questions. And he knows what you going to ask him... haha. He became a doctor just because he's father was or is a doctor and of course for the money. He's not a doctor because he wants to help sick people. Very arrogant person. Vey inconsiderate and rude. The only good thing is that he has a good English thats all. I don't recommend him at all!

We are extremely unhappy with his patient care. He does not seem to care about the wellness of my father and ignores his needs. He has been left dehydrated on many occasions and has caught many infections due to this negligence.
