Dr Chitragari, an excellent dr and a compassionate
Dr Chitragari preformed colon cancer surgery on me and got all the cancer out, giving me a chance of longer life. He understood my fear of surgery and possible death and answered my questions calmly and with encouragement of recovery and healing. He is a true asset to Piedmont his staff is always professional and kind. I would recommend him and piedmont to anyone.

Saved my mother's life, incredible bedside manner
Dr. C. is simply the best physician I've ever worked with. My mother was diagnosed with colorectal cancer and was terrified of her diagnosis, treatment, surgery, everything. Dr. C. approached her like family, bonded with her, and even managed to make her laugh a little. He found ways to connect with her and give her hope and comfort through the entire process. In the end, he performed the surgery that saved her life and she is now nearly two years cancer-free. Dr. C is a blessing to his patients and he will always be a treasured person in our family.
