Staff seems very unprofessional.
Waiting room was overcrowded and more than an hour before we were called for first test then back to waiting room for more testing with long waiting between. It seemed there were too many patients waiting their turns. I’m sure they overbooked. I left after two and a half hours and didn’t complete my appointment and don’t plan to return.

Great Experience
Dr Vedula is awesome. I had to see her for high pressure in my eyes due to glaucoma, she performed surgery on me putting stents in my eye to relive the pressure and also my Cataract. Aside from her being an exceptional doctor, her staff is the most personable doctors office staff I have ever dealt with, friendly, pleasant and patient. I am more then pleased with Dr Vedula and her entire staff

The best!!
My experience visiting Dr. Vedula was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk greeted me and guided me thoroughly through the check in process. All the technicians were very friendly and helpful guiding me through the exams. Dr. Vedula was extremely caring, compassionate, competent, and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease about my situation. I highly recommend her for your any eye concerns.

Travel to See and Eye Doctor?
Dr. Geetha Vedula is the best. I moved 60 miles north and tried for several years to find an eye doctor in my area to no avail. So I just realized if I want the best, I have to travel the 120 miles round trip to see her.

Dr Geetha Vidula approached my case as a link in a chain of care. She looked at my history. She discussed what I had to discuss with the next specialist I had to visit. She _called_ the specialist. She forwarded her notes to him. That is taking a wholistic approach to medical care. I wish doctors did this routinely.

The staff is very bad, the other day they kept my credit card after scanning, The surgery coordinator "Crystal" is very rude, I tried to schedule Cataract surgery and left several messages in her voice mail never returned the call, finally I had receptionist get hold of her, she was very rude, unprofessional , very bad attitude and bad language use, I was so disgusted I hung up the phone without making an appointment even though I needed the surgery urgently.
