I recently had my new patient visit with Dr. Napier. She and her staff (Rhonda in particular), made me feel listened to. I was seen as scheduled, didn't have to wait in my room for the doctor to arrive. Pleasant all around experience.

Dr. Napier is a great primary care! She listens and is super smart! Worth the wait to see her as a new patient. Staff are wonderful as well!

Absolutely abysmal patient service! I had an appointment at 8:15 am and I was running a bit late. I called and explained that I was going to be a few minutes late and was told no problem. Upon arriving the very rude and surly office manager began berating me about my tardiness. She asked for my ID and insurance card but told me that they probably wouldn't be able to see me that day. 5 minutes later I was told in no uncertain terms that I was to be rescheduled for six weeks later. Unacceptable

My husband and I saw Jim at Dr. Napier's office and we were very impressed with him and his nurse Erica. He and the staff were very professional without being stuffy. They all made us feel welcome and well cared for. I needed to call Jim back a few days later and my call was returned in less then 30 minutes and the subject resolved. Can't praise them enough.
