Dr. Gene Chang, DO

I found the staff rude. Getting in the office is extremely difficult for anyone in a wheelchair.

Been a patient of Dr. Chang 8 years now. I highly recommend him. He spends time with you and is very kind.

Dr. Chang is the BEST doctor for my family. He is caring, compassionate, listens to your concerns, when he explains what is going on and what needs to be done he makes sure you understand everything.

Had an appointment , called to try and find the building and the receptionist Jeanette was extremely rude and short , I am seeking for another doctor don’t know how dr. Chang is but the receptionist led me to believe that the office is non caring!!!!

Dr. Chang performed a colonoscopy and endoscopy on me. He is a wonderful, kind, and compassionate doctor who spends alot of time with you and explains everything very thoroughly. I am not very fond of his office staff though. I too had problems scheduling an appt. with him.

Very satisfied with Dr Chang .my husband was hospitalized with kidney stones but before discharge he developed severe abdominal pain which turned out to be ulcers.he received excellent care from Dr Chang and recovered well.I am a retired RN and recognize good care when I see it.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that I needed a referral. I stated that my insurance does not require me to have a referral. Then I was told every rudely that this is a specialty and specialties require referrals. I have been to many specialty doctors and never once have I needed a referral. The receptionist was very disrespectful and kept saying that all specialty doctors require referrals and that you can’t go to a specialty doctor without a referral. I will be going else

The best with his patients. Tells you like it is. Wonderful beside manner.
