Dr. Kelley has been amazing, appeared very caring and real. The practice she is with, is another story. Early this month, a letter comes from the practice that Dr. Kelleys' last day will be Dec 31. Letter also states that the other doctors in the practice have too heavy patient loads and will not be able to accommodate Dr. Kelley's patients. I call after receipt of letter to see about getting an appointment with Dr. before she leaves, I was told I would be put on a list as numerous others have requested appointments also. It is now about one week away from when she is suppose to leave and no phone call ...no appointment. Talk about being left out to dry, so to speak. Very poor business dealing on someone's part. Last July, I called Dr. Kelley’s office for an appointment. The person who answered the telephone and indicated that I would receive a call back in 4-6 weeks. When September rolled around, I called again and was told that they had no record of my prior call. Once again, I provided my medical information and was told that I would be contacted in less than 4-6 weeks. It has now been six weeks and I have not been contacted. My cardiologist, who suggested that I pursue a relationship with Dr. Kelley, has advised me to call one more time and then give up. I believe that I have been treated in a very rude and disrespectful manner by Dr. Kelley’s office. If they do not want my business, they should have the decency to tell me that. I am 73 years old and on Medicare.

Amazing! So kind, caring empathetic and diagnosis right on the money!i just can’t say enough good about her! If only she could be cloned! Not stuffy or pretentious. Anyone whom has her for their PCP is very fortunate!
