Very rude doctor, has no manners, thinks that he can say whatever is on his mind to a patient. The only doctor in NY that never returns a call to his patients, that he actually treats, does procedures and prescribes medications.

I’m writing this review in the office of Dr. Gennady Ukrainskiy. The front desk representatives are keeping you waiting until you lose your patience, approximately over an hour after your appointment scheduled. They are ignoring you and making smirking faces as they not care at all about patients. Dr. Ukrainsky MD stepped out of the room and pointed me out of his office saying that this is privacy and I can not stay in. After I stepped out into the waiting room three receptionists , refused to say their names ( one of them Morzhena) , was laughing into my face and started gossiping in next room. I had to call a police as I was requesting my feel out forms back, as I didn’t want to be charged for this incident from my insurance. I do not recommend Dr. Ukrainsky and his office to anyone else. If you respect yourself, your time and looking for a care professional practitioner, please consider contacting other doctors.

One star is too much for his ignorance

This is the worst doctor I have ever met. He was simply rude, impatient and didn’t even do the procedure what I requested. I had a tonsil stone and it’s been bothering me for a month. I wanted it to be removed. He tells me I’m wasting his time….he’s very unprofessional. Please don’t go to him.

This doctor has no people skills whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend.

I am not sure why everyone makes such a drastic emphasis on how rude or conceded or whatever else a doctor is. After all, the emphasis should be on how knowledgeable, experienced, capable and their operating skills. I don't think there are many other that come close. He may be rude or weird or whatever...but who cares after a successful surgery or procedure?! I used him personally for a sinus surgery. Referred many other friends and haven't heard any complains. I usually don't waste time doing or posting any reviews; very rarely. But judging or reviewing someone's skills as a surgent should not be correlated on how rude they are. Ukrainsky is a knowledgeable and an experienced Dr.

Great ENT doctor

Horrible doctor. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I agree with all negative reviews. I choose him because his office was the closest to my house, and I did not read the reviews - this was my mistake. I waited about one hour just to get my CT Scan results. When I mentioned that this a little bit too long, he got agitated and very rude, and told me to get out of the office and never come back. He has no obligation to be at least polite with his patients. He should not be trusted with any person health care needs. I do not recommend this "doctor".

Dr. Ukrainsky was rude, and unprofessional; Dr billed $700 for Nasal Endoscopy procedure he didn't perform! I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. YZ in Brkln - Feb, 2020

This doctor called my elderly mother an IDIOT during the appointment. I am so disgusted. Shame on you, doctor.

the roughest doctor ever seen. I was shocked how rudely he talked to me when I brought my daughter to him. without warning, he started putting endoscope in my daughter nose. He scared her and me as well. he threw out her CT scan films after three months and now I have to pay from my pocket to show them to another doctor. I’m not recommend to visit this doctor. He need with his staff to take courses to learn how to speak to patients.

This doctor is not worth your time. He was extremely rude and discourteous to me and my son. He has no bedside manners and takes his patients for granted. The only reason I took my son to see him was because he is close to my house and accepts my insurance. That was my mistake. I think he knows patients will come to him regardless because he on their insurance plans and feels no obligation to be nice to them. He is not to be trusted with any persons health care needs. Not a good person

Horrible doctor.Very rude.Made a mistake and proscribed the wrong medication.When the mistake was pointed out to him,he got extremely rude and agitated and told me to go find a different doctor.Completely unprofessional,inattentive and always rushes on the last appointment because he wants to.

Find another doctor! As others ave written, Dr. Ukrainsky was brusque, rude, and unprofessional; I was at his forest hills office as health care proxy for a friend. I've never been treated with such rudeness by any other medical professional. Ever. His skills can't possibly be so stellar that anyone need tolerate his imperious and condescending attitude. He was also rude to one of his employees in the public waiting room. Go elsewhere!

At the Brooklyn office, Took a 2 second look in my ear. Called it TMJ, did not give me a referral. Ear Drops relieve the painful ear symptoms. I waited over an hour. He is an unprofessional. the DR billed procedures he didn't perform for my son and I had to pay 450$ for that because I have high deductible insurance! Was very rude and unprofessional.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE! EXTREMELY RUDE DOCTOR! UNPROFESSIONAL! I PCA sent me to a specialist based on my MRI results. This doctor didn't even request my MRI report didn't look at anything and prescribed 3 TYPES OF ANTIBIOTICS! He didn't even explain anything! Couldn't even explain What he's treating with I had to wait half day to see him 3 minutes AT MOST! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! It's dirty and the light are flickering right in your eyes. And I had to wait 3 HOURS!!!
