Clinic staff was very nice.

It took a month to get an appointment and even though my son has had severe pain they would not even suggest putting him on a list in case an earlier appointment became available. Two weeks before appointment he started having to go to the ER to get any help. The office said there was nothing they could do. He has since been to the ER 3 times in 2 weeks. All the hospital doctors can do is give pain meds and steroids. His Crohns medication is no longer working. When the doctor office was told he was in the hospital their only suggestion was to let them know if they need to reschedule even though the dr office is in the building next door. This is not acceptable care. He has to be discharged to make the appointment. Either Ascension needs to choose better doctors or office staff needs a better plan to handle emergency situations that help the patient get help and not blow them off. Do better.

Staff was outstanding. They all were professional and very helpful. Dr. Filmore also made the entire procedure a quality experience.

Everyone from beginning to end were kind and professional, everything was explained well and went very quickly and efficiently.

I was a total anxiety ridden person today & he was very reassuring and kind and had a sense of humor. His staff was wonderful it’s amazing what a warm blanket can do to calm me. I am so happy it’s over. The prep and my apprehension leading up to it was ridiculous. I just knew 3 people who had horrific experiences, but it was w a general surgeon at a small hospital. Highly recommend Dr. Fillmore and his caring staff.

The facility, staff, and procedure could not have been surpassed anywhere. The doctor explained and carried out the procedure with care. The prep nurse and CRNA, were friendly and capable.

After losing confidence in the health care system the last few years, I was blown away by this facility. I was told to be there at a designated time and I was checked in and taken back within 15 minutes of that time. The staff was amazing and made the experience pleasant. I was made aware of everything that was going to take place and nothing was by surprise. Dr Fillmore, Kristina and Kat, Thank You! A standard all health providers should strive for.

I had a procedure done by Dr. Fillmore, the procedure went great. Dr. Fillmore is a great doctor and ver caring and professional. I highly recommend him. Sincerely Sandra

Besides him totally invalidating all of the work I’ve done (he didn’t want to acknowledge my test results from my PCP because he didn’t do them himself) and then I woke up during a scoping procedure with him (after his nurse blew my vein and I almost passed out) and they never addressed it. I shouldn’t wait up gagging with a scope in my throat. I still have PTSD from this. Find a different doctor! I’ve given him multiple chances and can’t repeat enough—STAY AWAY FROM HIM and find someone who cares!

Wonderful visit and no discomfort during colonoscopy. Very professional doctor, nurses and anesthesiologist.

Dr. Fillmore is a great listener with a pleasant demeanor and excellent expertise. We had a conversation, instead of my just sitting there while he gave a TED Talk about the colon. So I felt heard, and at the same time, I could tell he knew his stuff and cared about helping me. When I mentioned I was having a small elective surgery within a week, he arranged schedules so I would need only one COVID test for both that procedure and my colonoscopy. When his anesthesia nurse saw I was having another procedure that week, she called to be sure she understood what that procedure was, and advised me on getting re-hydrated prior to it. (His staff is the best!) The colonoscopy was a breeze. No pain, no discomfort. The facility is super clean and everyone is so nice. Immediately after, Dr. Fillmore went over his findings and recommended a minor adjustment that has improved my well being in short order. I highly recommend him.

He is the most caring Doctor I have been his patient for sometime always has the best bedside manner and I had many procedures he will keep a patient pain free.

He is professional and he educates you on the things that are going to take place.

He literally saved my life a few years back. How many stars is that?

Wonderful doctor -- changed my life actually. Very patient oriented, caring and competent. Staff is exceptional as well.

I recently had a colonoscopy and could not have been more pleased with the promptness, the anesthesia and care I received. . Fully awake afterwards, no grogginess and no discomfort at all. My only complaint is that I never received the information on how to prepare for the procedure and had to call 2 days before to get my prep script called in. 2-1/2 weeks later and still no report on polyps removed. Communication with patients needs improvement but I would definitely recommend Dr Fillmore

Dr. Fillmore and staff are amazing. Very little wait before my initial appointment and procedure dates. He listens to your concerns and provides honest feedback. Dr. Fillmore provided test results in a timely manner and wasn't annoyed by my multiple questions and need for reassurance. Highly recommend him and his team!

Easiest colonoscopy I have ever had. Anesthetic was great. Prep much easier than ever before. Great experience. I would highly recommend to anyone who has had a bad experience before with colonoscopy to try out GSI and Dr. Fillmore. No pain. Prep was easy. Felt perfectly normal 5-10 minutes after my colonoscopy.

I had a great experience. Office staff was very helpful. Endoscopy center was amazing. Extremely efficient and a great overall experience. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a gastroenterologist.
